The food
Our chef Matteo can prepare anything from uncomplicated Italian antipasti dishes, to homemade pasta lunches, to five course gourmet dinners, with food from the open fire barbecue and wine from nearby wineries.
The wine
Villa Val Lemme is situated between the regions Piemonte and Liguria. The best-known wines from the region include Barolo and Barbaresco. They are made from the Nebbiolo grape.
Another popular wine is Gavi, a white wine that is made from vineyards surrounding Villa Val Lemme.
The restaurant
Our restaurant is always open to the guests that stay in the Villa. If you are not staying with us, you need to have made a prior reservation for at least 10 people.
